			<description>I don't think that the business privilege tax hinders entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship is about good ideas but even more so, following through with them. In addition, you need to have the agility to adjust and re-focus based on market reactions.

Paying more taxes on profits adds only a slight head wind, but having better access to 5,000,000 consumers and access to premier networking / organizations (such as our universities) can give you a tail wind as well.
